Inspired by the passionate feelings of Sevavrati Ramabai Ranade towards women empowerment Sevasadan Shikshan Sanstha, Nagpur was founded on January 2, 1927 and now the Sanstha has entered into 97th year of its glorious journey. The Sevasadan Shikshan Sanstha is striving hard over the years to offer quality and value-based education to the students hailing from a very modest and debilitated financial background while taking pride in imparting education and shaping the careers of hundreds of the students coming from deprived section and lower strata of the society.

A pivotal role of this College lies in shaping the personality of a student into a healthy mind and happy soul, who is not only equipped with 21st century skills and aptitude required for academic excellence but also can boldly face the challenges of life in a balanced and harmonious way. Undoubtedly, the system of Education should work as a catalyst in making each student a balanced human being having his core strengths embedded in the learning experiences emanating from our rich socio-cultural roots. Our commitment to such education will always persist in all our endeavours.

The Sevasadan Arts, Commerce & Science Senior College, Nagpur started in 2021-22 under the aegis of Sevesadan Shikshan Sanstha, Nagpur is a temple of knowledge devoted to innovative learning, creativity and effective application of knowledge and values for sustainable development. Teamwork is the hallmark of the College. I am very glad that the College is publishing its first Magazine "Sevadarpan". The Magazine highlights the achievements and accomplishments of students in every sphere and it is also a testimony to the hard work exhibited by students and faculty to make the year memorable. I congratulate the Editorial Team for their efforts in compiling and creating such a wonderful work which truly covers the entire Spectrum of our College.

I take this opportunity to also laud the relentless efforts of our teachers for giving their best in bringing out the best in each student. I would also exhort the students to be always modest, humble, and disciplined while being ready to expand the horizons of their knowledge and skills by dreaming big and working hard.

I am very sure; through collaborative effort we can achieve more to benefit our students who are the future leaders of tomorrow.
